                   Papaya Jerk Burger
               with Asparagus, Cherry Tomato Salad and
                               Orange Ginger Vinaigrette
                                  Ingredients

                                            For the Burger
                                       1 1/2 lbs ground beef
                                      1 large red onion diced
                       1/2 bottle of Papaya Jerk Grilling Sauce
                              Mozzarella Cheese (if desired)
                                    1 fresh pineapple sliced
                                      Caribbean Seasoning
                                              For the Salad
                                       2 tablespoons olive oil
            1/2 lb white asparagus washed and cut into 1 inch lengths
                 1 lb of cherry tomatoes washed and cut into halves.
                             2 ears of corn grilled and stripped.
                                     1 bag of spring mix salad
                                             1/2 lb Feta Cheese
                                        Orange Ginger Vinaigrette
                                 1 tablespoon Tropical Seasoning
 

Directions (prep time and cook time 40 minutes)

For the Burger

Heat Grill

In a large bowl combine ground beef,  diced onions and Papaya Jerk Grilling Sauce. Mix
well and shape into burger patties.

Cook on the grill until a minimum of medium well and melt cheese over burger.

Lightly coat the pineapple slices with Caribbean Seasoning and grill.

For the Salad

Mix asparagus pieces with oil and tropical seasoning then saute in a hot skillet
until browned. cool in refrigerator.

In a large bowl combine the cherry tomatoes, corn, asparagus and spring mix. Toss with
Orange Ginger Vinaigrette and serve. Top with Feta Cheese.
